Hydrangea anomala petiolaris
This elegant climber is best grown with morning sun and afternoon shade to bring it quickly into good bloom, early in its life. Beautiful, glossy, deciduous foliage and an elegant tracery of woody branches in the winter, like boston ivy, makes this a plant of many great uses in the garden. White lacecap flowers, white on white, appear along the leaf axils early in the season.
