Pink
What we commonly call pink has a host of connotations. While a rose by any other name may smell as sweet, a pink rose may not be the rose color you had in mind. Rose pink is the ‘true’ pink that artists recognize, blush is a pale version of rose pink or peach, and salmon is the warmest richest tint that we call pink. Cerise is often grouped with pinks, but we have placed it with the purple tones.
